宜黄测试

清朝乾隆三十六年六月，佛山大财主风南天，想给新娶七姨太盖一座七凤楼，看中了一块地，这块地是菜农钟阿四一家赖以为生的菜地。风南天为了霸占这块菜地，诬陷钟阿四四岁的儿子偷吃凤家的家鹅，并买通官府在堂上用刑，将钟阿四打的奄奄一息，逼得钟妻在北帝庙将儿子剖腹以证清白。十八岁的胡匪闻听此事……这是《飞狐外传》中的一段。剖腹验鹅239年后，在江西抚州宜黄这个小县城，又有一户姓钟的人家不肯卖自家的房产而陷入绝境。

9月10日上午，江西省抚州市宜黄县凤冈镇强拆引发一起自焚事件，房主方3人被烧成重伤，值得注意的是，报道中提到了官方乃至警察的冷血。2天后，新闻报道盛传于网络，12日下午，宜黄县人民政府办公室在宜黄县官网中国.宜黄上发布关于宜黄县一拆迁对象泼洒汽油不慎烧伤的事实情况，首度回应拆迁户烧伤事件。官方的说法与之前的报道大相迳庭。这里还有一段新浪的的视频，钟家邻居拍的。（南都报道 视频）

接下来几天事态发展可以用“司空见惯”来形容，官方循例表示展开调查，家属循例哭诉质疑等等，这桩公案就像近年来屡屡上演的其他的拆迁案、矿难一样，即将迅速的沉没了，不难猜得到事情的起始原因，也不难料知结局。

16日上午07:39，《新世纪》周刊法治记者刘长在其新浪微博上发布一条微博：【紧急求助！】今天上午7点，抚州自焚事件伤者钟家的两个女儿在南昌昌北机场，欲买机票去北京申冤，被一直监控她们的宜黄当地四十多个人控制在机场，家属 报警无用，现仍在机场，处于被扣状态中，泣血求助网友 【民航江西机场公安局昌北机场派出所 电话： (0791)7112285】。紧接着，凤凰周刊首席记者邓飞在微博上图文并茂的连续直播了钟家姐妹被堵在机场厕所的女厕攻防战，只能依靠手机保持联系，其后钟家姐妹在坚持南都记者等记者在场的情况下，在机场茶馆与宜黄县长刘某、书记邱某对话，最后钟家姐妹留在了南昌。

在此期间，相关微博没有被删除，所以得到了充分的传播。下午开始到第二天，各大网媒开始出现跟进报道，呈一边倒的谴责围堵钟家姐妹，没有见到惯常会出现的官方辟谣解释。第二天，也就是17日上午，小妹钟如九开设了新浪微博账号，通报了三位自焚者的就医状况。（钟如九微博）

18日凌晨2：14，钟如九在微博发消息称大伯已经去世：我们赶到医院的时候我大伯已经去了，他连 我们最后一眼都没看到就永远的走了我真的很痛心。医院到现在为止都不肯开死亡证明书

2:21她发了一条被打断的微博： 现在政府来了很多人把我们包围住，我嫂子 和 姐说如旦—，

2:28她发出一条微博：现在政府来了七八十个人把我们包围起来，抢走了我们的尸体；

5:12她更新微博：政府的人把我大伯的遗体抢走后，我们试图在车头拦住带队抢我们遗体的苏建国县长的车子。但苏建国在车里一直无动于衷。随后有四十几名宜黄县的领导干部，强 行把我们拉开。最后苏建国坐车离开。

上午9:07  我两个姐姐先去了医院，我随后去的。刚一 岀门就有四五个宜黄县人想抓住我，我拼命往前跑他们一直在后面追。最后我跳上一辆岀租车拼命挣脱才逃岀来的。

下午18:49，记者刘长在钟如九的微博代发消息：刚连线上小九，她尚平安，仅手臂被抓伤，现在5口人一起在看大伯，可能连夜回南昌再陪护病床的亲人。目前一切安好，抚州市陈姓副市长下午显身，一口应允钟家属提出的人身自由问题。

9月18日，在钟如九没有出现在微博上的这个白天，微博上却因为他们一家人沸腾了。上午，在抢夺尸体的消息稍微降温之后，蓦的有条消息传播开，钟家五口人在南昌被数十名宜昌政府人员挟持，随后不断有各种现场消息在迅速传播，其中不乏极有说服力的现场图片。比如这张据说是参与挟持时跑在最前面的两位抓捕者。

微博上群情激昂，值得注意的是没有出现删除，任由各种消息扩散。一直到这张照片出现，删除才开始，但是开始的时候也仅限于删除这张照片，并没有删除其它含有照片的消息。

下面这张是二十二岁的钟如九被强行塞进大巴后拍下的，一张具有强大感染力的照片，有网友为这张照片取了一个名字：救救我！

钟家五口人不知去向的时候，就在中午，新华社发出新闻稿，表示已在17日晚宜黄书记县长已被立案调查等等，随即新华社出社论，态度严厉的批评了宜黄政府的作为，称其滥用权力。20日，人民日报评宜黄事件：决不能把民众当对手的文章，围堵上访无助化解矛盾，吁扼制土霸王思维。事情发展至此成为拐点，比宜黄县政府高一个等级的政府以正面形象出现，在这各种媒体的厉声痛斥中将宜黄县政府里面的恶吏一网打尽。其后至今再无波澜，诸多相关微博、新闻至今仍可找到。

这件由微博参与并改变走势的公案显得有些不真实，一则是删除太少，二则是官方突然出现的正义。事情在9月18日之前的进行中，信息传播方面进展顺利，但是媒体只是低调跟进，而微博上肆无忌惮。这个特征在9月18日事件中得到充分的展现，微博上畅通无阻，而网媒哑然失声，一直到中午新华网突然发难宜黄政府，媒体才看到了信号似的，一时鼓噪。

如果这是一次放手测试微博对新闻事件影响力的测试，那么这次测试可谓成功。从热点消息的转发次数就可以判断出影响范围——影响范围并不是那么大，而微博赖以成名的快速扩散简直是其致命弱点，只要掐死源头辅以删除就可以更为迅捷的遏制——这是他们的拿手好戏。具有非凡意义的是，官媒这次对局面的控制能力可谓完美。强拆以高频率出现，媒体只是泛泛报道，官媒从不表态，这次官媒现身于这样一个恶性案例中，虽然微博拥有一定的力量，但是官媒迎战微博并取得完胜。

微博的自发特征的草根劣势在事情的随后发展中一览无余。虽然钟如九一家人的处境并没有得到改善，拆迁案处理也无进展，但是对于她的关注在大大减少，宜黄强拆案被钓鱼岛争端淹没了。但是钟如九没有放弃，可以看出她的背后有人在支招，让她发出声音以吸引大众关注，她一直尝试继续在微博上引起大众的持续关注，很不成功。但是这对她和她的智囊来说太难了，他们缺乏足够的经验，而大众则缺乏足够的记忆力，钟家像嚼过的甘蔗渣一样被抛弃了。

就算微博有力量，所谓围观就是力量，但是如何利用、操纵这种力量则是一门高深的学问，这不是普通人所能掌控的。更何况微博本身就是一个畸形产物，它的存在并不意味着推特文化，恰恰相反，微博的存在是建立在对推特的否认和毁灭上的。微博是文字网络游戏，某类网民沉迷其中的游戏，这样可以让他们更便于管理。

而如果一个不上微博只浏览新闻报道的人，会对此事得出什么样的印象呢？基层组织机构背起了黑锅，虽然他们可能只是暂时背几天而已。包青天的形象再度树立起来，人们是那么善良，不会计较钟家三人被烧后的八天里包青天在哪里饮茶偷笑。而那些曾热切关注的目光已经冷漠的移开了，钟家只能在绝望中期待出现一位体恤民情的大老爷了。
